Dear Parents
Half Term was enjoyed by all and we are now into the second and very hectic half of the term.
Firstly, congratulations must go to all our ECD and Grade 1 & 2 pupils for their wonderful, colourful and entertaining performances of Fairy Tale Fun and Our Change of Seasons this week. Special thanks also go to the teachers, Mr Hartnack and all the parents who put so much effort into the success of the productions.
The termly Inter-House Bonds & Tables competition was held today with the results going towards the end of year trophy that will be presented at Prize Giving.
Next week is Exam Week. There will be no afternoon activities except for galas and matches. The Grade 7’s will also be writing their CHISZ Pre Secondary Shona Profiency exams and their CHISZ Computer exams.
Attached is a letter from Mrs Musara, our outgoing Board Chair, announcing changes to the Board. Our grateful thanks go to Mrs Musara for Chairing the Bishopslea Board of Governors over the past three years and for all her guidance and assistance.
We welcome Mrs Davidzo Chitengu as our new Board Chair and Mr Tatenda Mawere as Vice Chair and wish them both every success in their terms of office.

Sponsored Walk
Congratulations go to ECD for raising the most sponsored money as a class. They will be going on the bus for ice-creams next week.
Congratulations also go to Zurie Armando for raising the most money individually and to Theresa Staples, Yeukai Muguti, Megan Maclachlan, Alyssa Kruger and Chelsea Gamble for their Grade 7 stall that raised the most.
The Sponsored Walk raffle was drawn this morning. B Ludick won the hamper and Shaan Patel won the weekend to Hippo Pools.
