Dear Parents

This afternoon our cross-country teams will be taking part in their first Friendly Inter-Schools Meets. The ‘A’ Team, will be going to Gateway and the ‘B’ Team to Westridge. We wish them every success.
Our Tennis Teams have been playing very well and are a pleasure and exciting to watch. This weeks results are recorded below.
Athletics training is now in full swing. Our thanks go to Mr Jambanja and his team for the cutting and marking of the athletics track, which is a huge annual undertaking. The sand in the long jump pits has just been changed to professional grade silica sand, which does not compact. This should make a big difference and is much safer.
The PTA still requires nominations for parents willing to join the PTA Committee. All parents, ECD to Grade 7, may put their names forward.
Please note that at the end of morning school pupils not staying for afternoon activities wait in front of the school under teacher supervision until 1:20pm after which they go to the ECD playground where they continue to be supervised. Parents picking up pupils after 1:20pm have to collect them from the ECD playground, as pupils are not allowed in the front of the school unsupervised. This also applies to parents picking up pupils from afternoon activities after 4:20pm.
Proof of Payment – School Fees
Could we once again please ask parents to furnish us with copies of bank transfers to enable us to receipt your daughter’s school fees. This is also required for internal bank transfers as these only reflect with a reference number.
