Dear Parents
The CHISZ Head’s Conference last week, represented by sixty-four Heads, was most informative and useful. Our thanks go to Mr Ritesh Anand, representing our Board of Governors at the Conference. The ATS representatives joined the Heads and held their AGM, with the Heads, during the Conference.
Our Grade 7 Zimsec Exams started on Tuesday with the Grade 7’s writing their final multiple-choice paper, Shona 1, today. Next week they will continue until Thursday writing the written papers. We wish them all every success.
We held our Bishopslea Invitational Gala on Wednesday and welcomed six visiting schools who came to compete. Bishopslea was represented by the A and B teams. Our C team also had an opportunity to take part as they had a special race in each age group against each other, which was a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for them and was a good indication of our depth of swimming ability.
Half Term is already upon us. School will close for Half Term next Thursday 15th October at lunchtime and will re-open on Tuesday 20th October.
Our congratulations go to Mrs. Kockett and her husband on the birth of their daughter yesterday.

Aalia Mahboub and Priyanka Anand won the prize for being the most promising couple in the Barwick Tennis Festival and were the second best couple in the tournament.
