Dear Parents
Tomorrow our Grade 7’s will all be writing their CHISZ Common Entrance Exams at the schools of their first choice. They have all been working very hard for these exams and are well prepared for them. We wish all our Grade 7’s every success.
The PTA members have also been working very hard in preparation for today’s ‘Fund Raising Golf Day’. Our grateful thanks go to all the players, to the sponsors and to all those who donated the many prizes that will be awarded at Prize Giving this evening. Please be reminded that everyone is invited to the Prize Giving, which should begin at approximately 6:30pm, and to the social with disco afterwards. There will also be food on sale. The Golf Day is being held at Country Club, which is in Newlands, off Princess Road.
Special mention must go to our hockey and netball team players. They have all improved immensely over the term and are all playing their hearts out, resulting in very exciting and entertaining matches. Last Saturday our 1st Hockey Team travelled to Springvale to take part in their Festival, where they were unbeaten, and tomorrow our Fillies A and B Teams travel to Lomagundi to take part in their Fillies Festival. Our Chess Team will travel to Hartmann House this afternoon for their league matches. We wish them all every success.
